Wushu


some cartoon/dwg on basic postures...


this is 1 flying kick and punch which i would really wanna achieve coming down the years...
provided my leg muscles are well-trained... hahaha 
it'll be so fun to jump so high when i'm short... =.=lll 

having wushu trainings on friday night and saturday morning... 
i'm trying to get back my fit fit body and prepare for competition in December as well...
have to really watch my diet so as not to waste my effort for training for this coming 1 month's time.. 
practically, i feel less stress after training and perspiring...
alright, time to go to bed already...
